<p>ナスも苦手ではないんですけど、「食べたいと思わない」くらいには好きじゃないです。</p>
<p>嫌いというまではいかないので、ナスやトマトを使用する料理もたまに作るのですが、自然と「その食材の嫌な感じ」をできるだけ減らす調理の仕方をしています。</p>

<h2>トマトが苦手な人は湯むきの際に種と筋を取ろう</h2>
<p>基本的には普通の湯むきと同じです。 種と筋（すじ）をとるくらい。</p>

<h2>ナスをオーブンで焼くと焼きいもみたいに香ばしい匂いになる</h2>
<p>ナスがあまり得意じゃない人でも、素揚げしたものはけっこう平気だと思うんですが、</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>油で揚げるのってハードル高い</strong></span></p>
<p>ですよね。 手間だし、処理も面倒だし。　油吸うのも気になります。</p>
<p>実はオーブンで焼くだけで、めちゃ香ばしくなります。</p>
<p>これは<a href="http://www.chez-salam.com/">サラーム海上</a>さんという、中東料理を紹介している方が書いていた『ムタッバル』という焼きナスのペーストを作る過程の調理法です。</p>
<p>オーブンで焼くと、焼き芋みたいな香ばしい匂いになってマジで驚きます。</p>

<p>時間はかかるけど、オーブンで焼いてる時とビニール袋に入れて蒸し焼きにしている間は<span class="marker"><strong>放置しておくだけなので、楽ちん</strong></span>です。</p>
<p>掃除したり他の料理作ったり、TV見たり、他のことに時間つかえるので、<strong>油で揚げたりフライパンで焼いたりするより効率的</strong>。</p>
<p>ちなみに魚焼きグリルで同じことをやろうとすると難しいです。 以前失敗しました・・・。（ムラなく焼くの難しいし、途中で爆発したりする）</p>
